    This workshop offers a sacred, trauma-informed space to gently explore and release what you have been carrying. Through somatic practices, guided meditations, and compassionate inner work, you will learn to meet your pain with kindness rather than judgment, and slowly return to a sense of safety within yourself.

    Healing trauma is not about forgetting or forcing forgiveness. It is about integration, empowerment, and reclaiming the parts of yourself that were frozen in time. You deserve to feel whole again, and this journey is designed to support you every step of the way.
